Our Journey to Rethinking Workplaces
We met at the university and later reconnected when working together on anti-discrimination and equality in international organizations—each bringing different perspectives from HR and program design. We’ve spent years creating learning, development, and awareness initiatives, as well as implementing strategic frameworks, particularly in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI).
Throughout this journey, we kept wondering: Why do some well-intentioned workplace initiatives miss the mark? Despite best efforts, we often saw a disconnect between organizational culture goals and the actual outcomes in worklife.
Today, societies are more divided than ever, and organizations are at a turning point. We now have the opportunity to pause, reassess, and explore new ways of creating workplaces where people truly thrive.
That’s why we’re here. We offer keynotes and expert talks that go beyond surface-level solutions. We aim to create space for reflection, focus on communication and connection, and return to the basics of building fair workplaces that enable everyone to thrive.
With over 15 years of experience in international organizations, universities, NGOs, and the German Parliament, we bring a mix of practical and academic insights. Our shared passion for building inclusive, thriving workplaces is what drives us to offer our expertise—together.
